The valley I'm looking at is a microclimate. All aspects of the atmosphere and vegetation are different in the valley than they are further upland due to topographical form and the presence of water.
I'm trying to bring the invisible relationships between valley topography/flow of water, quality of ground/texture of canopy, and landform/tree form into a single shape/set of surfaces.
The mirrors themselves take on both the form of the topography (v's like valleys) and mimic, in their sinuous linearity, the flow of water.
The surfaces of the mirrors bring canopy texture and ground quality onto the same plane.
The mirrors' placement as a "shadow" of the bending tree shows the relationship between curving landform and curving tree form.
I didn't take photos of the other stuff I was supposed to. I was too afraid!

You're just not confident enough.
